If you are not satisfied with a product please let us know within 15 days of receiving the package. We will give you a return authorization number and upon receipt of the product, we will refund the money (excluding shipping & a 20% restocking fee), replace, or exchange the item

  1. BulletThe return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The package may be shipped back whichever way is most convenient, however we suggest you insure the package for your protection.


  1. BulletAll credits & exchanges are subject to return shipping charges that will need to be paid in full before the new package is sent.


  1. BulletPlease allow a minimum of 2 weeks for an Exchange to be processed.
